Is this the desktop app or the iPhone app?
These downloads are for the Windows and macOS desktop workspace. The booth runs on a paired iPhone or iPad. Contact Genetrify to arrange your booth setup and activation.
Can I print without internet?
Yes, with the right local setup. The booth can send files to the laptop over the local network without internet. The laptop can also print files it has already saved when the booth is disconnected. Your printer still needs a working USB or local network connection. Online galleries and website queues need internet.
Will it work with my camera and printer?
We check your exact iPhone or iPad, camera, laptop and printer setup before activation. The booth’s current USB camera integration is Canon-focused. Nikon, Sony and Android support are not included in this release. Please confirm your equipment with us before buying hardware.
What should I know about these downloads?
Version 1.1.1 is an early-access desktop build. Windows is x64; the Mac build supports Apple silicon and Intel. The Windows installer is not Authenticode-signed and the Mac build is not notarized yet, so your operating system may show a verification warning. Contact Genetrify if installation is blocked.
Software tests cover backup transfers, reconnection and printing to PDF. Actual camera and printer testing on your equipment is required before activation.

No. Downloading the installer does not create an account or charge you. Contact Genetrify for the ₱999/month subscription and a setup check. GeneBooth is licensed software; its product and source-code rights remain with Genetrify.
